Grilled Chicken Souvlaki

Ingredients
FOR THE CHICKEN SOUVLAKI
- 4 breasts boneless, skinless chicken 1200g
- 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil 240g
- 1 cup lemon juice 240g
- 4 cloves minced garlic cloves 12g
- 2 tsp dried oregano 10g
- 1 tsp salt 5g
- ½ tsp black pepper 2g
FOR THE TZATZIKI SAUCE
- 1 cup greek yogurt 240g
- 1 diced cucumber 200g
- ½ diced red onion 100g
- 1 cup diced fresh dill 20g
FOR SERVING
- 4 pita breads 400g
- 4 cups mixed greens 100g

Step 1
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and marinate for at least 10 minutes, or up to 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
