Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup rotisserie chicken breast
- 1 cup diced apple
- 1 cup halved red grapes
- ½ cup chopped celery
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp plain greek yogurt
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
- 4 cup mixed greens
