Smokey Pomegranate Guac
A creamy and smoky guacamole infused with the sweetness of pomegranate seeds, the crunch of red onion, and a hint of chipotle peppers. This well-balanced dip is perfect for snacking or as a complement to your favorite Mexican dishes.
Ingredients
- 3 ripe avocados
- 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 red onion
- 1 cup fresh cilantro
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds
- ¼ tsp sea salt

Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit. Scoop the flesh into a large mixing bowl.
