  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar 15g
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar 4g
  • ½ tsp salt 3g
  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes 1g

Steps

    Place chicken breasts in a medium saucepan and add coconut milk, bruised lemongrass stalk, minced garlic, grated ginger, fish sauce, and brown sugar. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat. Cover and cook for about 15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
